Postflight script execution failed!

Hi, I recently jailbroke my iPod Touch (8G) ver 1.1.4 by Ziphone 3.0, however when I tried to use the installer to install any of the app package, the message "Postflight script execution failed!" keeps showing up and the app failed to install. Even worse, sometimes when I click on the install button of any of an app packages, the screen jumps back to home menu immedately. Can anyone help to fix it? Thanks.....

Sorry about late reply. I'm mostly sick in bed for the last week and half or so, so I actually didn't get to see the question until just now >_< Postflight script execution failed is usually problem of missing BSDSubSystem or broken BSDSubSystem. Double check you have it installed, and re-install it again to see if problem presists.

thx for your prompt. I've checked my BSDsub system, it's already installed. When I try to reinstall, it shows "package download failed". What can I do now?

Download package failed... hm... try to re-install Installer -- it doesn't sound a whole lot logical, but it's possible; head over to Uninstall > Systems > Installer, and choose "Reinstall". Once that's done, install Community Sources under Sources. Finally, refresh your sources and try to reinstall BSD SubSystems again.
