Just a quick note:
I was on the phone and on IRC at the same time.
A source was requested to be added; since I was free-ish at the time (as in, not coding for something), I decided to review and add it.
I alt + tab'ed to terminal to issue ssh user@server and alt + tab'ed back to check chat.
I alt + tab'ed back to terminal to enter password; but appearently didn't tab back into terminal.
I entered my password (guess where? Yes, IRC) and hit enter.

Moral of the story? Don't talk on phone, chat on IRC AND try to work at the same time.

In the mean time, I've updated all related passwords, and verified the server logs to be sure that no one logged in. However, the helpdesk seem to have locked itself out of the database, too (its not liking the new password). I'm working with the helpdesk developers to see about fixing this issue, but in the mean time, helpdesk is down. Sorry.

As the one who requested a new source be added, I apologize to all for indirectly taking down the helpdesk.

Not your fault at all, was my idiotic mistake for not making sure I alt + tabbed properly :/ I'm working with the helpdesk developers right now, and they should be able to help me sort this out soon. I'm suspecting some sort of caching going on as I just confirmed admin panel and tech panel still works, just the user interface not working.

For what its worth, the source is now added. I'm also going to add the one for iSMS after it was removed from Ste's packaging. Hopefully things will work out better

Added the iSMS snapshot repo. I don't see a new "stable" package for it, but oh well, the developer did leave a warning message. So you have been warned.

Seems to be fixed now. I'm suspecting a server end script caching issue, but even the helpdesk's developer can't figure it out, so I'm guessing it is a mystery we'll never figure out >_<
