Just tried com.chrib.themes.Log-in, no problem here.

Here's the postflight script for that package:
As you can see, it requires chmod command, which you will only get from BSD SubSystem. If you installed Cydia, you will need to reinstall it (as Cydia removes it). Additionally, if you are using 1.1.3 or greater, it won't work because it is trying to chmod a "root" user directory instead of "mobile". You'd have to contact the original package owner (LiQuiD eYeZ in this case) to sort out the problem. You can contact LiQuiD eYeZ via the Contact link on the package.
