I get "Network error connection refused" ,
I have in my iphone SSH ,BSD Subsystem,
I couldn't use Ibrickr it doesn't fit 1.1.4 ,(is any way to get it)?
I have heard about "installer.app" , I couldn't get it,
I have tryed telnet to my ip but the connection refused by the ipohone (i saw trace from my network).ping works fine.
If someone can help me ..

What did you use to install SSH and BSD Subsystem?
If you just got it out of the box, and haven't done anything other than normal usage to it, chances are, they're not installed.
If you got it jail broken using ZiPhone or alike, you should have Installer icon (Blue icon with white curvy lines on it, labelled as "Installer") on your home screen -- reinstall OpenSSH and BSD Subsystem from that.
If you got it jail broken using iPlus or alike, you may have Cydia icon (Purple ish, with an orange ish box on it, labelled as "Cydia") on your home screen -- reinstall OpenSSH and BSD Subsystem from that.

If you've got neither, chances are, you haven't jailbreak it yet. You can do so with either of the above mentioned software. However, please note that doing so, and should Apple / AT&T find out about it, will void your warranty. Trying to use tools such as "Pwnage" and doing things incorrectly will permanetly brick your iPhone, too. Think twice, and be very careful before proceeding... No one will accept any responsibility for voided warranty nor bricked iPhone.

I do have installer(I thought instaler.app is not installer), which I used to install open ssh and BSD Subsystem,

can you tell me what is iPlus or alike , i used ibrick (win ) without knowing about "iPlus or alike " ,

iPlus is the old name for iLiberty+... kind of. Details on that can be found here: iLiberty+ | George Zhu's BLOG

It is just another tool to jailbreak, you won't need it if you've already jailbroken.

We are tracking the map offline app here, too. So you can simply search for the map offline app in our repo.sc section ( Touch Toolset - repo.sc ), and Installer should pick it right up.

As far as SSH and BSD goes, I'd recommend to try and reinstall them, and try again. Also look for tools such as "services" or "bossprefs" which can help you toggle them on and off if they were some how turned off.

Since you have talked about bossprefs I remembered that I have it but I didn't no SSH is off,
