What language is it in? Seems like Vietnamese?
I can't understand the contents, and their "website" seem to redirect to google, so it feels a little bit shady... Can you please provide a little bit more details on this source?

I'm gonna be honest with you... I don't really want to add this source because it feels kind of shady... Few things that are setting off alarms in my head are:
1) As previously mentioned, no working website. ... not even just clopt.com. Google search also shows up with no valid relevant results.
2) WayBack machine shows default Joomla interface [ Everything for Everyone - Home ], and then a router login page [ .:: Welcome to the Web-Based Configurator::. ], but never really any form of proper content.
3) Whois information shows fake (not privacy protected, fake fake) information: Clopt.com - Clop t

Those aside; fact that the source is in a language I cannot understand, I will be unable to get in touch with the webmaster (if even reachable) should anything goes wrong (IE: malicious app appear on their repo, their repo causing troubles to our system) and vice versa (IE: if they want removal from tracking and I can't understand it etc.).

For now, I'll leave this request open for discussion... if community members can vouch for this repository, please voice up, so we can discuss this and move further in this matter. If someone is able to identify and communicate in the language, then we can definetly see about taking further actions, too. But in the mean time, if you need a package from it, you can add it temporarily, install the package, and (depending on whether or not it slows you down), decide to remove it if necessairy.
