Default VNotes is great

VNotes is a great tool except:
1. Can't record 2-way phone conversation.
2. Volume too low.
Does anyone knows the workarounds?
Thanks,

Re: Phone recording, unfortunately not...
Re: Volume, please try Volume Boost for your firmware version in iClarified section, it works GREAT on my iPod Touch -- though, mileages may vary.

Thanks! I used the volume amplifier with my iphone too, but it kills battery quickly.
Well, the volume I mean is the volume of recorded voice file .amr. To amplify the volume i need to edit each individual file and max out the volume to hear.
For example: when you were recorded using VNotes in a meeting, you can hardly hear it from any other media or PC/MAC of the original file recorded.
It got to be something our hakers can do to improve that. With its small file size and unlimited capacity(almost). It is really a terrific and quality program though!

If you don't mind a little post processing, you can always use things like audacity (freeware for pc, mac, and linux) to crank up the volume, AND clear the noise. Be sure to leave a bit of silence before and after the actual content (5 to 10 seconds should be plenty enough) so you can sample that and clear those "noise" after you crank up the volume
