Sorry, I kind of lost you, what exactly is the problem you are encountering?
I see that you have a few packages selected in your personalized repository. Have you already installed them before? If you've installed them before, you won't actually see them listed in "Install" tab, not even under "All Packages". Instead, you will only see them in "Uninstall". And you wouldn't need to worry about it (this is normal).

Removing sources will make your installer run quicker. As such, after you've selected the things you're interested, you can remove the sources we track from your installer. The list of tracked sources is linked above, and linked again here: http://www.touchtoolset.com/repo-sou...d-sources.html

Best allergy I've heard so far is like thinking this as subscribing newspapers.
If you have 5 different news papers delivered to your house, you will need to use more energy to take them all from your mailbox or front door into your house. You will also need to use more time to go through the same news articles, or articles that does not relate to you at all (IE: I don't care about US Elections, why should I be spammed with those news in my news paper? Just give me my comics and sudoku please!)

Repo Source is like a creative newspaper agency; we order from 40 some newspaper companies, and filter out the duplicate news entries. You can then select the news articles that you're interested to be updated with, and then unsubscribe from the 5 other newspapers that you've subscribed to. You now only need to get Repo Source's newspaper, which is light weighted (with only things that you're interested in), so you (your installer) don't need to spend so much time reading it (refreshing sources).

I hope the above explanation makes sense; but please feel free to let me know if you need further explanations on specific parts
