There is no such thing; 1.1.4 only apps will not work on 1.1.2, and vice versa. Much is to blame on Apple making changes to the user iPhone / iPod Touch uses, and that account's access level and what not. For some apps, you can try and mess around with the installer xml and manually install it (semi-advanced topic; you'd have to be able to understand the commands it uses and manually follow them), but even then, mileages may vary.
